I tried the 30 min sample workout this morning and I LOVED it! This program is unlike anything BODi has done before.. It's like reality TV meets exercise video! Kelsey is so good at explaining the moves, as well as sharing modifications for everything if needed!

Workout Overview

It's part fitness bootcamp, part buddy movie, and all fun as Kelsey leads you through super-effective HIIT and strength workouts 5 days a week, 30-45 mins a day. You'll show up day by day for 4 weeks to train with Shay.

 

💪🏼 Total-Body Strength: This is a total-body strength workout that will fire up your metabolism and define your shoulders, arms, glutes, and thighs.

 

💪🏼 Metabolic Sweat: Shay's favorite: Crush calories using only a light pair of dumbbells in these fast-paced resistance circuits. Goes so fast you'll be blown away.

 

💪🏼 High-Intensity Power: You've been working hard, so now it's time to focus on dialing-in your form, stability, mobility, and overall power.

 

💪🏼 Lower and Upper Body Strength: These targeted training days lift, shape, and firm in all the right places. Sometimes fashion isn't just about the clothes, it's how you feel in them.
